    Fruit Milk Drinks

    Mix ingredients well in a mixing bowl, jar with tight-fitting lid, or blender. If using a jar or bowl, mash fruits; crush ice cubes in plastic bag before adding. Shake or mix until well-blended. Refrigerate or freeze any leftovers.

    Nana-nog

    2 cups 1% milk
    1 ripe banana
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 ice cubes

    Orange Blossom Shake

    2 1/2 cups 1% milk
    1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate

    Frozen Frosty Delight

    4 ripe bananas
    4 cups orange juice
    2 cups crushed pineapple
    4 cups 1% milk

    In large mixing bowl, combine orange juice, pineapple and bananas. Slowly beat in milk. Pour into 9X12 inch pan or paper cups. Freeze until firm (4-6 hours).

    Orange-Yogurt Freeze

    1 small can orange juice concentrate
    2 cups lowfat yogurt
    2 TBS. vanilla
    Honey to sweeten (optional)

    Combine all ingredients and beat until well-blended. Pour into paper cups and freeze 24 hours.
