Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients
14 1/4 pound sugar
5 1/4 pound Fat
3 dozen eggs
9 3/4 pound Pumpkins
8 1/4 pound flour
4 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons salt
4 tablespoons baking powder
4 tablespoons soda
4 tablespoons nutmeg
4 tablespoons cinnamon
4 tablespoons allspice
Procedure

Cream sugar and fat (medium speed) for 5 minutes.

Add eggs and pumpkin to creamed mixture. Mix (medium speed) for 8
minutes.

Scrape down bowl.

Combine dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture.

Mix for three minutes (low speed); scrape down bowl, mix for three
minutes.

Divide batter into four greased loaf pans, approx. 1 pound 12 ounce per
pan.

Bake in oven for one hour at 350 F degrees.
Yields 20 4x11 inch loaves. Serves 350 at 18 slices per loaf..
